Q: I was trying to place an order on your site but I got declined and still got charged on my credit/debit card, can you clear this up?
A: First of all, if our site said your order didn't successfully complete, then we didn't charge your card. In fact, as part of the credit card process, your bank is temporarily holding on to the funds. You can call up your credit/debit card company and verify this. Your credit card company will release your funds at their own discretion (within 30 days).
Q: I placed an order with my credit card and got charged twice, why did this happen?
A: First off, rest assured you only got charged once. This scenario occurs when our credit card payment processor declines your order for a zip code or avs mismatch. Even though our credit card payment processor declined your transaction, your bank still does a temporary hold on your funds. However, don't be alarmed as your bank will release the funds back to your account at their own discretion (within 30 days).
Q: Do you ship to every country?
A: Yes.
Q: Do all New Era Hats have the logo on the side?
A: They all do except for the MLB On-Field caps (worn by the players during games).
Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Absolutely not.
Q: How much is shipping if I order more than one item?
A: We can ship up to 3 caps in one package. Larger items require you to pay extra (for zones/countries free shipping isn't offered). Shipping rates are based on weight.
